  • A couple of years ago, I rediscovered a cardboard box into which 
    I had stored fabric and old lace that came from both my 
    grandmas, who were sewing and knitting a lot in their 
    time. 

    I was so surprised, when I opened the box, to see the quality of 
    what they had saved. 

    I don't sew myself, and so it's time to give a new life to these 
    oldies, and I will list them here one by one. 

    Due to their age, the lace can be a bit rigid, and there are some 
    little flaws along the piece.  It has been thoroughly 
    cleaned and washed. 

    Here we have a piece that's 247 cm x 8 cm
